This Privacy Policy applies to the Guide Care Baby mobile application and related services operated by Kola Labs ("Guide Care Baby", "we", "us", or "our").
Guide Care Baby is designed for parents, future parents, and caregivers. The app provides pregnancy tools, baby care tools, educational articles and courses, a medical reference guide, baby tracking features, name generation, sleep sounds, reminders, analytics, PDF export, and optional backup/synchronization features.
We collect information that you provide voluntarily, information generated while you use the app, and limited technical information processed by the app or by third-party services used in the app.

Some information you enter may relate to pregnancy, baby care, child development, feeding, sleep, symptoms, medication dosage calculations, or other health-related topics. This information is entered by you voluntarily and is used to provide the app features you choose to use.
The app is intended for adults. Children are not the intended users of the app. However, parents or guardians may enter information about their children in order to use baby tracking, reminders, analytics, saved names, PDF reports, or similar features.

Many Guide Care Baby features store data locally on your device. This may include child profiles, tracker records, pregnancy settings, saved items, app preferences, and generated reports. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, locally stored information may be deleted from your device.
If you choose to connect Google Drive, the app may use your Google account to save and restore Guide Care Baby data in your own Google Drive storage. This feature is optional.

We do not use Google Drive data for advertising, sell it, or share it with unrelated third parties. We do not access files in your Google Drive except as needed for the Guide Care Baby backup and restore functionality you enable. Use of Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The app may display ads to free users through Google AdMob. AdMob and related Google services may process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interaction data, diagnostics, and other data as described in Google's policies. Depending on your region, consent choices, and device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
You can manage advertising preferences through your device settings and, where available, through consent prompts shown in the app or by Google services.
Premium subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status, subscription status, product identifiers, and related transaction information from Google Play in order to unlock premium features and manage access.
Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods are handled through Google Play according to Google's terms and policies.
If you grant notification permission, the app may send reminders and alerts based on your settings and app data. These may include pregnancy week updates, hydration reminders, vitamin reminders, baby age reminders, vaccine planning reminders, development leap reminders, Mother’s Day greetings, and sleep tracker reminders. You can disable notifications in the app settings or in your device settings.
The app may allow you to generate PDF reports from tracker and analytics data. PDF files may contain baby profile information, dates, tracker entries, comments, and other information you entered. You control whether to create, save, or share these reports. If you share a PDF with another person or service, that sharing is your responsibility.

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. If you use Google Drive backup, backup files may remain in your Google Drive until you delete them or disconnect/remove them according to Google Drive controls.
Data processed by third-party services is retained according to those services' policies. Where we process or store data directly, we retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
You can delete many types of data directly in the app, including profiles, tracker entries, saved items, and preferences where supported.

The app is intended for adults, parents, future parents, and caregivers. It is not directed to children and should not be used by children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required by law.
Parents or guardians may choose to enter information about their child. By entering child-related information, you confirm that you have the right to provide and manage that information.
